CAPStudy is a stateless tool. We do not accept roster uploads or store quiz selections or scores in an application database. An email address is used only when you choose to sign in for paid access. CAPStudy does not accept or need member rosters, CAPIDs, patient health information (PHI), incident identifiers, or operational secrets.
The selected achievement, subject, and question count are sent through FreshSkyAI's education privacy-restricted provider chain. A pre-provider filter rejects likely identifiers. Provider availability can change without changing this privacy boundary. Do not submit rosters, CAPIDs, PHI, incident identifiers, operational secrets, or other sensitive data.
Google Cloud Run may log standard request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, route, and response code for operations and abuse prevention. Application logs contain privacy categories and error types, never provider output or quiz answers.
This tool does not use an application session to store quiz choices or scores and does not intentionally set advertising cookies.
Some of our tools (e.g. CAPStudy) are designed to be used by minors aged 12+. We do not collect any personally identifying information from anyone, including minors. Parents/guardians of cadets aged 12-17 may use the tool freely.
